Basketball Season Is Here?

The Bowie State University basketball teams are set to start the 2010-2011 season with the Bulldogs getting started on Monday, November 15th, hosting the University of the District of Columbia at 7 pm. The Bulldogs, under the direction of 2nd year head coach Darrell Brook, will hit the hardwood after nearly four weeks of preseason practice. Bowie State is coming off a 16-10 season and a 1st place CIAA divisional finish. If you are unable to join us in BSU’s A.C. Your Lady Bulldogs basketball team will tip-off its season, Tuesday, November 23rd, hosting the Glenville (WV) State College Lady Pioneers at 5:30 pm. Third-year head coach Donna Polk, her staff and student-athletes finished the 2009-2010 campaign with a record of 18-8 (15-5 in the CIAA).
